who are we?

Géraldine Duvanel & Barbara Ferrari, takt's partners, put their expertise and their network at the service of their clients by supporting them in their strategic and operational challenges with care, know-how and efficiency.

Géraldine Duvanel

Géraldine Duvanel founded Takt in 2020, after having worked as a partner consultant for 4 years. Passionate about bringing together academia and practice, knowledge and experience, she develops flexible approaches to support management in achieving their goals. She adapts to the heterogeneous realities encountered in private and public companies.

Géraldine Duvanel holds a PhD in Curative Pedagogy and is a mediator specialised in managing tensions within professional organisations. After working as a specialised worker with children and young people in care, she joined the University of Fribourg in Curative Pedagogy, then in Social Work & Social Policy where, since 2006, she combines research and teaching in a sociological orientation.

Thanks to her skills in institutional analysis, communication, social work and conflict management, she operates in both calm and stormy weather, serving human relations and performance at work.

She works in close collaboration with the Enkidu conseil network.
